| All prices indicate the initial minimum starting amount, and may increase based on the level of detail, size, & complexity. Please do not complain about my prices as they are below minimum wage. Art is a luxury not a necessity. |
By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions:✦ NFT or Ai usage is strictly forbidden.✦ You must be 16+ and paying with your own bank account, or with express permission from your parent or guardian. | All commissions will be paid for in GBP, NOT USD. It is your responsibility to understand how currency rates work. |
| Tips are non-refundable |
| Upon receiving the payment, you can request an update at any time. I will also be updating you regularly at each stage of the drawing process myself. |
| Do not request a commission when you know you cannot afford it. Emergencies can happen but repeated inability to pay/ceasing communication to ''cancel'' the commission will result in a ban from buying any of my services. You only have two 'strikes' when it comes to this. |
| If the commission has been completed, you cannot request a refund and 0% of the payment will be refunded. |
| Once the commission has progressed past the sketch stage, you are no longer eligible to request a full refund. Instead, only 50% of the payment will be refunded to you. If the commission has not yet been started, or is only in the sketch stage, you may request a full refund. |
| If I cannot complete your commission, I will inform you immediately and refund you 100% of the payment. I will not cancel a commission unless absolutely necessary. |
| Please have reference images ready when you come to commission me. If you are commissioning a custom design, please have any elements you want included or to inspire your character. References cannot be Ai generated. |
| Please do NOT claim my work as your own, if I have designed you a character please credit me, Softpinkpony, for the original design. |
| If I have designed you a custom character, you must have owned them for at least 1 month before you are permitted to resell them. It cannot be resold for more than what you purchased it for, unless they have additional artwork. You must also tell me who now owns the design. |
| No inappropriate flags on ref sheets or headshot icons e.g: m.a.p flags/zoophile flags etc |
| You are not permitted to edit, trace, or otherwise change the finished artwork. |
| Your commission will begin up to one week from receipt of initial payment. The final piece will be delivered within a further four weeks, depending on feedback and amendments |
| Ship art between your OC and a canon character is fine. I do prefer to respect the canon sexuality of said character. |
| I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (by email), but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the artwork. |
| I am not financially responsible for clients relationships/friendships etc, refunds will not be issued in the case of a character changing owners, being "taken back", or being bought as a gift for someone else in the past (break ups, fallings out, etc). Do not involve me in your personal affairs as there is nothing I can do. |
| I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to post, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. I will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design however. |
| I hold the right to refuse selling a commission to anyone. Things like stealing artwork in the past, posting/creating feral nsfw, and being disliked or known in the community for being inappropriate will influence my decision to sell to you. |

| I am more likely to accept art trade requests from mutuals (eg: people who I follow, who also follow me back) but it is not a requirement. |
| Preferrable to be around an equal skill level to mine, as it would be unfair to ask for a trade that is too difficult for you to complete or vice versa. |
| Please let me know if you back out, if I have already completed your half and you wish to back out, you are required to pay for the work. |
| If you back out and refuse to pay, essentially tricking me into getting a free commission piece, I will blacklist you and let this be known to my followers to prevent it from happening to others. |
| I only take 1 trade at a time |
| I expect it to be completed within a reasonable time frame, but there is no pressure and occasional updates will suffice. |
| Please be patient with me, as I will be patient with you. I will not back out of an art trade unless absolutely necessary. |
| Both pieces must be of equal size, we will decide this in DMs before we start, eg: if you would like a fullbody from me, I expect a fullbody piece from you. |
| Remember this is for fun! If you feel stressed or unable to complete your half, don't be afraid to let me know, I'm sure we can work it out! I will never make the situation public unless you have ignored my repeated attempts to contact you or been blatantly aggressive or rude. The trade is able to be paused, and while these rules are strict, they are only so for my own wellbeing! |

| Please be ready to pay when you claim a design, or request a hold (1 design per person) if you are not. |
| I can hold a design for 2 days maximum, 7 days for friends & known/repeated clients. |
| If you do not get back to me within 24 hours of showing interest (and you have not asked for a hold), and somebody else requests to purchase the same design, I will sell it to them instead. Messaging or commenting first =/= claimed. |
| Making changes to the character is permitted (colours, gender, species), I only ask you credit me for the original design/artwork and keep at least some of the attributes it started out with. |
| No using the character (such as editing the artwork), in abusive ways or to promote hate, bigotry, or illegal themes. |
| Credit is still mandatory if you are reuploading them to Toyhouse or any other social media. Please do not hide them from me on Toyhouse. |
| All adopts are sold under the impression that they will be used for personal use only, if you intend to use my design commercially, then the price will be tripled. |
